A Déri Múzeum Munkácsy-terme (valamint a festmények és a festőművész) egymással ellentétes látogatói-befogadói magatartást vált ki, ill. e kultikusnak is nevezett térnek egymástól jelentősen eltérő elvárásnak kell megfelelnie. Célunk, hogy a nézőpontok különbözőségét tudatosítsuk és elősegítsük a különböző nézetek képviselői közötti megértést.

The Munkácsy-trilogy and its public (PDF, English) / (PDF, Italian)

The Munkácsy-hall (the painter and his works) in the Déri Museum generate ambigous reactions and a debate about the different functions of this so-called ’cultic’ space. The project’s goal is to highlight these different viewpoints and expectations in order to foster deeper understanding and peace between these different groups.

Gyűjtemények gyűjteménye
Vasi Múzeumbarát Egylet
A projekt célja olyan múzeumi események, nonformális és informális tanulási helyzetek létrehozása, melyek a különféle gyűjtemények keletkezését életrajzi aspektusból értelmezik és a generációk közötti párbeszéd tárgyává teszik. Konkrét célja egyrészt a projektrésztvevőkkel közösen a gyűjtés eltérő folyamatainak feltárása és dokumentálása, másrészt az így nyert eredményeket hasznosítva, egyes magángyűjtők bevonásával a múzeum közösségi térré, egyfajta találkozási hellyé való alakítása. A projekt a generációk közötti dialógus megteremtésén túl szakmai kapcsolatok (gyűjtők – múzeumi szakemberek – múzeumbarátok) kialakítására is törekszik, mely a felnőtt aktív résztvevők személyes fejlődését, szakismeretekben való elmélyülését is segíti.

Collection of collections (PDF, English) / (PDF, Italian)
Society for Vas County Museums’ Friends, Szombathely
The project’s goal is to generate non-formal and informal learning opportunities in which participants can understand the forming of different collections from biographical viewpoints and can have an intergenerational dialogue on the topic. Participants will analyze and document the different motivations and processes of collecting and will turn the museum into a meeting point /community space using the collected information. The project not only helps participants to enter an intergenerational dialogue but also supports adult collectors to establish more professional relationships with museum professionals in order to improve their essential skills for taking better care of their collections. Participants will prepare a virtual exhibition of the collected material.

Kontaktzóna – interkulturális dialógus és együttműködés
Néprajzi Múzeum
A Néprajzi Múzeum dialógust kezdeményez Budapesten élő, különböző országokból érkező migránsok, illetve a múzeum munkatársai közt. A projekt során a migránsok megismerik azt a képet, amelyet a múzeum az ő kultúrájukról kialakított, illetve a muzeológusok megismerik a migránsok mai személyes életvilágát, kortárs kultúráját. A projekt célja készség- és közösségfejlesztés (kommunikációs készségek fejlesztése, előítéletekkel szembeni tudatosság növelése) a non-formális tanulás módszereivel.

Contactzone – intercultural dialogue and cooperation (PDF, English) / (PDF, Italian)
The Museum of Ethnography initiates a dialogue between the migrants in Budapest and the staff of the museum. During the project migrants can learn about the image the museum presents about their culture, while museum professionals will learn about their day-to day life and contemporary culture. The project aims to develop communication skills and form a community as well as to raise awareness of prejudice and help to combat it through the use of methods of non-formal learning.

MOSOLY – a legrövidebb út a látogatóbarát múzeumhoz

Olyan példaértékű frontszemélyzet -, elsősorban teremőrképzés megvalósítása -, mely három pilléren nyugodva (kommunikációs tréning, angoloktatás és intézményi/gyűjteményi alapismeretek) más magyarországi, vagy közép-kelet-európai múzeumok számára jól és könnyen hasznosítható tananyag-, módszertan- és tapasztalatgyűjtemény kidolgozására is lehetőséget ad a látogatóbarát múzeum kritériumainak megvalósítása érdekében.

Smile, the Shortest Way to the Visitor-Friendly Museum (PDF, English) / (PDF, Italian)

The project goal is to establish training for the front-office staff (mainly room guards) that can serve as a model in Hungary or in the region. The training consists of three parts: foreign language learning, communication skills and getting to know the collections. It combines the training with research on visitor satisfaction and the results will be built into the training materials and methodology to be shared in order to support the museum become more visitor-friendly.

A magyarországi németség kollektív büntetése a második világháború utáni években, baranyai visszaemlékezések és tárgyak tükrében. Élettörténetek gyűjtése egyetemisták bevonásával és ezekből illetve az idevonatkozó tárgyi anyagból kamarakiállítás és tájékoztató anyag összeállítása.

’More than life stories. Fates’ (Collective punishment of the Germans living in Hungary after the WWII in reflection of personal memories and objects) (PDF, English) / (PDF, Italian)

The project proposes to collect life stories of Germans living in Hungary. During the project students and local minorities in Baranya County will also be involved and organizers intend to prepare a chamber exhibition in the museum and information material from the collected interviews. It also incorporates some training for students in interviewing techniques.

The Foundation for Museums and Visitors has also initiated their own pilot project in cooperation with the Hungarian Museum of Trade and Hospitality in order to present different minorities that have played an important role in the hospitality and trade of Budapest. The project was funded by the City Municipality. These groups (German, Serb, Jewish, Armenian, Slovak and Bulgarian) were introduced through public conversation with a key figure and through music, dance and tastings of their cuisine. These entertaining evenings provided a valuable learning opportunity for adult visitors of the museum, and it impressive to see how deeply these communities root in their traditions, which strengthens them immersely.
